Psychotherapy is a science which alleviates pain, suffering, stress, anxiety etc without medications. Psychotherapy is also often used in combination with medicines to treat mental illness.

As a Psychotherapist,I gently enable the clients to look at their present situations as well as past events that may have influenced them.Thereafter help and empower them with the strength and self confidence with which they are able to enjoy their life, make appropriate decisions,use rationale and logic in their decision making and enjoy and nourish their relationships. They emerge strong willed and confident of their own skills and strengths and become not only able to make appropriate decisions in the present,but also to live more effectively in the future.

I have worked and successfully treated cases pertaining to Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Low self esteem, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Marital and Relationship issues.

What I Do

I provide psychotherapy and counselling for Anxiety, Depression, obsessive Compulsive disorder, Stress Management, Anger Management, Marriage Counselling, Womans's issues, career guidance etc.

I also provide psychological and Neuropsychological testing for all age groups.

Psychological assesment is beneficial for measuring ability, talent, intelligence, competency and personality.

Neuropsychological Evaluation is used for measuring memory, cognitive functioning, emotional and personality functioning, early cognitive impairment, alzheimers, epilepsy etc.

For children, psychological and neuropsychological assesment helps in assesing the early cognitive impairment, developmental issues, intelligence and personality. It helps in identifying Mental Retardation, Autism, ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) etc.
